IO 1 : Case study regarding the current requirements and trends of the competencies of Thermal Care Agents

Description : This case study comprise a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the national findings related to  training needs and gaps in current requirements and trends of thermal care staff, assessment of their competencies, individual needs of obtaining them, relevant methodologies and pedagogical approaches.

IO 2 : Occupational competence profile of Thermal Care Agents for ECVET qualification
Leader : Zgura-M Ltd., BULGARIA
Description : This profile describes the functions of a thermal staff and outlines their competencies as a participant in the education and vocational training process within the national framework of the thermal tourism and health care systems of the delivering country.
 
“Occupational Profile of Thermal Care Agents” defines advantages and disadvantages of the proposed criteria and point out the risks and formulate propositions of modifications increasing value and sustainability of trainings. Development of an occupational portfolio regarding identified qualifications of staff from thermal, spa, bath and healthcare branches to provide services to customers (especially for seniors and people with disabilities).

IO 3 : ECVET unique curriculum for Thermal Care Agents including offering of services for people with special needs (people with disabilities, pregnant woman and older people)

Description : Training for qualification into thermal care staff consists of 6 training modules, every single of which brings credits and has specific leader who conduct its production.
                                 
In order to successfully complete the training, thermal care staffs (workers, recent graduates, students from vocational schools, learners) need to cover at least 4 modules equivalent to a total of ECVET points and ECTS credits.
 
Training modules are reception and communication, organization and work preparation, realization of care and supervision, hygiene and maintenance of premises, handling ergonomics and safety, servicing clients with special needs.
Duration : 18 months


IO 4 : Integrated e-training environment
Leader : Lodos Software , TURKEY
Description : Multilingual integrated e-training environment is constructed in all languages to host the ECVET curriculum and training modules and also all intellectual outputs disseminate and multiply the results and outputs.
Duration : 24 months


IO 5 : Sign language video guidebook for thermal, spa, bath and healthcare branches on provision of services to clients with hearing impairments
Leader : Tuzla Municipality, TURKEY
Description : Guidebook on provision of services to clients is easy and clear video manual for institutions of thermal, spa, bath and healthcare branches who would like to use basic sign language words during provision of services to clients with hearing impairments.
 
This intellectual output's work elaborates the guidebook based on consultation between project partners. Each partner produces a local video guidebook due to the differences between Sign language alphabets in different EU countries.

IO 6 : EQAVET control tool for assessment of the obtained knowledge, skills and competencies
Leader : Companhia das Águas Medicinais da Felgueira SA, PORTUGAL
Description : The tool consists of criteria of qualifications' level, evaluation of the obtained skills and instructions for further improvements of the skills. It is used as a tool for assessment of the skills of the piloters at the end of the testing phase.
